We're having a steamed egg dish which has ground pork and diced shrimp, long chinese squash served with steamed rice.

O.K. I give, what's a Beef Hot? A regional dish? We had sausages, baked beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Even though the temps are still over 100 degrees here in TX I've been craving fall comfort foods. Hannah

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts covered in Italian flavored diced tomatoes and extra spices. I covered the chicken with Italian cheese the last five minutes of cooking it. The guys raved about it. The guys had Texas toast and we had steamed corn and also the leftover zucchini too. Good stuff!
