    crockpot roast with carrots, potatoes, and garlic bread. For dessert , just fruit (everybody's choice) We usually keep a lot of fruit (fresh and canned)

    Everything from a farmstand or the garden: stir fried baby squashes w/ baby leek and baby bok choy and tomato with three bean salad and HM bread! Aside from the bread, the leek, the tomato, and 2 of the 3 beans came from the garden.

    about 40 mins for boneless at 350-375. I really just eyeball it. today I did not realize the oven was on 400. more a method than a recipe
