    we are having a beef stirfry since I found some sliced up steak in the back of the freezer while I was cleaning it out. It will be added to the rice and veggies I got at the case lot sale this week. I love those! For dessert, we are having Spiced apple cake with brown butter icing. My hubby's birthday was yesterday but he was working so we celebrate today after he's done work.
