    Not really sure what to make for dinner. Its just going to be DH and I for the next week or so. I need inspiration!

    DW is babysitting our granddaughter, so I grabbed a couple of these Italian sausage stuffed cubanell peppers and called it dinner...with some Doritos and iced tea.
