I'm so excited that I got to use my new Electric Pressure Cooker (the first machine I went to use it didn't work and I had to send it back to Amazon for a replacement) I made the BEST PORK ROAST & gravy in this thing it was so tender all you needed was a fork to cut it...mashed potatoes, cauliflower w/cheese...AWESOME MEAL..even my dh who doesn't really care for pork roast had 3 helpings...

I recommend a Electric Pressure Cooker to everyone..
