Chicken enchiladas for us tonight. I am going to cook some rice to throw in with the chicken so I can stretch them a little.

Homemade sloppy joes. I am trying to get some stuff ready for the freezer so last night I made Pioneer Woman's Comfort Meatballs and I made an extra batch for the freezer. I am making enough sloppy joes to put some in the freezer also. Monday I made spaghetti and made extra sauce so I put together a lasagna today also.

My MIL brought us steaks, I've been waiting for night when everyone is home to make this supper

    Broiled steaks with Bearnaise sauce
    Baked potatoes with chives
Sliced garden tomatoes with a balsamic vinegar & olive oil drizzle and shredded basil
    Cream of tomato soup
    Strawberry Chiffon

Polly, can I eat the leftovers from your meal tonight. It sounds absolutely scrumptious.

Salmon and not sure what else we are having with it. I totally sucked at meal planning today.

I found some stew meat this morning. Grabbed the crockpot and threw it in with some veggies and bullion. I'll make some biscuits to go with it.

Thanks for the ideas. Your dinners sound lovely.
