Getting a tooth pulled in a couple of hours so the fridge is stocked with lots of soft foods for me, but the rest of the family will probably have pork chops and coleslaw and maybe Texas Toast for dinner.

We're having mini sweet & sour turkey meatloaves, lima beans, roasted potatoes and texas toast. It's been unusually cool here, for the past couple of days, so this comfort food will be yummy!

I'm thinking BBQ chicken, if it ever stops raining so I can grill.......or in the oven if it doesn't. Going to buy some asparagus at the store today and have that with it---I have a craving----with homemade hollandaise. Make some rolls for me. DH is off carbs again.

This has no name ! It is taco meat, fire roasted tomato and beans. That mix is layered between tortillas and cheese and the whole thing is baked.
We are having cantaloupe from the garden with it.
