Default What's for dinner? - Friday, Sept. 30

    Leftover Buffet for the Hutto's!

My fridge is currently housing baked spaghetti, chicken and rice casserole, macaroni and cheese, broccoli casserole, and mashed potatoes.

I love leftover night! My fridge gets cleaned and all the dishes can be popped right into the dishwasher. Yay!

We are going to grill steaks if the wind isn't too bad. We'll have salad and baked potatoes to go with it.

I cooked fondue beef in a pan. Dh had it in tortillas like beef fajitas. I made myself a huge green salad and added shredded pieces of meat to it.
Both indulged in instant chocolate pudding for dessert. Yup, we're wild

Using a recipe from one of my first college roomates, a Kale, potato, linguica, bean soup. So yummy. . .
