We were supposed to have filet mignon wrapped with bacon, potatoes, salad and a veggie side, but DH noticed that Costco was all sold out in the filet mignon and Food Basic's was way too expensive. He shocked me when he told me that he changed the menu to a spaghetti dinner. I'm TOTALLY okay with that since it's MUCH cheaper.

Homemade chicken soup. I saved the carcass of the roaster chicken we enjoyed. Put it in a big pot of cold water with a cut onion (skin on), a tomato and carrots. It's boiling down now. Cold and rainy here.

ours will probably be scrambled eggs with cheese. Hubbs still isn't doing well as far as eating, and it is something that has a fair amount of protine and is soft enough he should be able to eat it
