OMG everyones dinner tonight sounds delish and I want to eat them all, tonight, at one meal.

We are having grilled snausages with buns and salad, which I have to go up and make shortly.

We are having Fettuccine Alfredo, sautéed garlic and broccoli, 2 cheese Italian tossed salad with homemade dressing, Fresh baked Italian bread. Not sure of dessert yet.

My son loved making Wacky cake, the others just love it...LOL

Would also love your spice mix. I make one, but am always on the hunt for good ones and yours sounds like a true winner.

Everyones dinner sounds real good! Enjoy sweet friends.

    I used this recipe here:

    The Taco Stack | Macheesmo

But please be careful with the amounts of the cayenne & red pepper flakes...I LOVE spicy foods but even the amounts he used was too spicy for me.

    The changes I made were~

1/2 tsp. regular cumin (I don't keep cumin seeds on hand)
    3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

all the rest I keep the same amounts. I've made it without the tomatoes & it was good but I've also made it with a small can of Mexican salsa, I think I prefer it with the salsa.

Oh & garlic powder can be used in place of fresh garlic too. I love recipes like this that can be altered to suit our tastes.
