Default What's for dinner, Wednesday 12/14/11?

I am cutting up 3 large boneless country pork ribs and throwing them in the crockpot with onion, potato, white beans, golden onion soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Just gonna see what I get. :-)

I must admit....it was really good!! I was amazed at how much it made with 3 ribs, 1 potato, 1 can beans, 1 large handful of baby carrots and 1/2 onion. I have lunch tomorrow, another dinner and will probably freeze 1 serving for later.
