    Default What's for dinner, Monday, December 26, 2011?

    I was looking at some of these old threads and saw about a month ago someone had made chili and turned it into taco salad. Adding homemade salsa to it.

    That's what I'm doing. Sounds good and I'm not really getting into the chili, anyway.

    Made made minestrone earlier in the week and can't abide even looking at that. So sick of eating the same old thing.

    Lima beans, smoked sausage, tomatoes. Maybe some canned fruit for dessert - I have some peaches I need to use up.
