Hmmm...something easy. With hamburger. It is a beautiful 64 degree day. I want to be outside. Not cooking.

Last week when I was picking out seven green peppers I was explaining to the guy standing next to me that my bird gets the top of one green pepper everyday and most days I throw out the rest because we can not eat that many green peppers in a week. He said the best sandwich in the world was to fry up green peppers, onions and garlic bologna and stuff it in a roll so that is what we are having for dinner

Roast, taters, carrots, cabbage, and homemade bread.

Libby, that sounds so good. I think I've "souped" the family out though, lol.

DH was on the fence about being sick or not this am - anything I can do to make him feel better, I will. Not sure if its a physical ache or a bug floating around his office. Chicken soup seems to help a cold and give a warm hug as well
