    Default What's for dinner, Jan. 19th, 2012?

My eldest son is 28 today! But he's in CA (I'm in MI) and it feels really far away today.

I've got Chicken Cordon Bleu in the CP. Will serve with noodles, and maybe green beans.

We're having breakfast for dinner. We were suppose to have eggs, bacon and home fries but I got a nice ham slice at the store today so we're going to make ham instead of the bacon.
I think I'll cube the ham, throw it in the potatoes, mix in eggs and melt cheese over top. I'll make toast too.
