I have one serving of leftovers from last night's dinner left, so one person will get that and then there are lots of eggs, toast and four slices of bacon, so the other two people will get two eggs, two slices of bacon and two pieces of toast each.

    Tomorrow will start anew.

Lasagna with chicken and spinach sausage and garlic toast.

Lasagna was made with leftover spaghetti sauce and tomato soup that I mixed together. Also had leftover ricotta cheese. I made a white sauce with butter, garlic, flour, and milk. Pour white sauce over the ricotta layer. I didn't precook the noodles. Baked for 1 hour, 1/2 @ 375 and 1/2 @ 400. It was absolutely one of the best lasagna's that I ever made (and probably one of the cheapest).
