We're going to have the marinated chicken breasts that I was going to cook yesterday but we had Subway instead. That along with some rice and a veggie.

I grew up having chocolate gravy and have never found someone else who even knew what it was. Yummy, I want to come over to your house tonight!

I was going to finish up the last of the chicken thighs in the fridge ..but found out that they went bad already..the use by date is 1/22..I'm bummed because I love garlic chicken w/all the sides to go with it..

it will be fend for yourself kinda night.

p.s. I called the store I bought the chicken thigh's from. I will get a refund or get another package of equal value..it pay's to ALWAY"S keep your reciept's and call and speak to the manager..write down whom you talked to, the date & time and bring the reciept ..so you have all the proof you need to let the store know it's legit.

Stuffed red peppers. Never made them before. They were amazing. But used Lightlife veggie sausage (which I'm not in love with.) Next time will use Boca crumbles.

Also made a loaf of bread today so had a massive hunk of that when it came out of bread machine.

Also had cherry choc chip soy ice cream from Trader Joes and Lorna Doones for dessert.

Also made peanut butter suet for the birds today. I did a crapload of cooking today.
