For the "Paul Bunyan" eaters: Sliced Roast Beef on Onion Rolls and baked pita chips with homemade dill-sour cream dip

    For me: leftover broccoli-rice-cheddar casserole

Left over turkey tenderloin. I'm going to make a sauce from chicken stock, add some peas and carrots, add the cubed tenderloin and serve that over pasta. A green salad on the side.

Gave in to hubby who wanted take out pizza.
He'll pick it up on his way home.
Well I won't dwell on the cost and just enjoy the food. We'll eat at home all weekend anyways.
