    For the "Paul Bunyan" eaters: Sliced Roast Beef on Onion Rolls and baked pita chips with homemade dill-sour cream dip

    Left over turkey tenderloin. I'm going to make a sauce from chicken stock, add some peas and carrots, add the cubed tenderloin and serve that over pasta. A green salad on the side.

    for my sick hubby...chicken and dumplings...

    for me and DD...birthday cake and pizza...we are going to a party this evening.

    Gave in to hubby who wanted take out pizza.
    He'll pick it up on his way home.
    Well I won't dwell on the cost and just enjoy the food. We'll eat at home all weekend anyways.
