Brown rice and a green veggie go good with salmon.
We are having a baked whole chicken provided that it is still good. I took it out of the freezer about a week ago. Keeping fingers and toes crossed that it is still good. Will have stuffing and a veggie with it.

The chicken was just fine, so I sprinkled lemon pepper all over it and cooked it in the oven. For the sides, they changed a little from what I thought that they would be this morning. It was pasta with olive oil and spices and canned green beans.
