Default What's for dinner, Tuesday 1/31/12?

I am taking a vacation day to deal with some appointments and might just splurge and get take out.

If not...then I will fix something quick and simple at home.
Right is right even if no one else is doing it. Wrong is wrong even if everyone else is doing it.

Easy dinner: pullesd out cooked hamburger, cooked rice and chopped veggies from freezer, threw it all in skillet and added "gravy" ( mix bouillon, cornstarch, bit of soy sauce and water)
Dh loves that dinner and it's so easy for me!
