    I just put a roast into the crock pot. Yay! No actual "cooking" involved, I loved that. LOL

    I really need to check out more crock pot recipes....

    I've seen recipes for meatloaf muffins. Maybe I will try it..

    Chicken bone in breasts cooked in a skillet and covered with diced tomatoes and seasonings and then the last 10 minutes or so I add Italian cheese blend to it.
