    Question What's For Dinner, 2-24

We're having a casserole (tomato based with ground turkey and noodles), and cherry jello with fruit cocktail and little marshmallows in it. Probably some buttered toast to round things out. What's everybody else having?

We are having breakfast for supper tonight. Breakfast burritos, hash browns and cinnamon rolls for dessert.

chicken breasts and if I'm up to it there is a soy sauce and marmelade baste that I'll dab on as I fry them up. Glaze maybe call it, not baste.

    that and salad.

Homemade Beef/Barly with veggies soup. I made a big pot today to freeze for DH. Having homemade rolls with it and for desert, I'm going to treat myself to an ice cream sandwich. YUM

    I invented something this evening....or maybe I didn't...lol

    I made this:

almost 3 pounds of ground lean pork
    1 onion diced and sauté
1 can of herbed tomatoes--a big can
2 small cans of cream of chicken soup

I browned the pork and onions, added the tomatoes, let simmered 15 minutes (about) then I added the cream of chicken soups and mised well....mmmmm! It looked like a rose colored sauce and with the tomatoe chunks, it looked good!

I cooked a big bag of macaroni noodles and drained them then I added the sauce I made....

It was very good and everyone loved it!

    So that's what we had!

Ohhh, Sound Good Lucie! I cook something simular. You brown ground beef with sweet onions. Add 1 can each of tomatoe soup and chedder soup. Then add water and sea shell macaroni. Let cook until the macaroni is done.
