What's for dinner Sun. 4/24?
We're having leftover steak & sesame noodle salad. Think I'll use up some leftover veggies from a veggie platter we had the other day too.

What are you cooking today?

I haven't decided yet.... will have to check this thread later for inspiration!

EDITED TO ADD: Ok, I've decided to try a recipe for a broccoli quiche with a mashed potato crust. I'm also going to add some diced ham to it.

Gabe made dinner tonight.

Grilled Souvlaki, tzatziki sauce, red potatoes, rice medley (what we call golden rice), and salad.

Did you have to include a picture? That looks so yummy. We had a potluck at the in-laws. I wasn't feeling well, so I made rice and took some green beans, carrots & applesauce just for me. There were lots of other things, but I didn't eat them.
