Have a few tomatoes to use up so we're having tacos.

I am making something with Mild Italian Sausage (I found it at the bottom of the freezer with the veggies
) Any suggestions? Do you have any good recipes.....that would eeeetttccchhhhhh....the sausage?

2012 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
FIND A NEW JOB!!!
