Not sure, I'm on my own again so maybe I'll just make up some tuna salad with fresh tomato & cucumber slices.~~ Dee ~~

Your dinners all sound good. I've got a pork roast in the oven and will have potatoes and carrots around it later. The boys want cream corn too so I'll heat that up. Salad and don't know what for dessert yet, something simple though.

corned beef in one crockpot.
In the other crockpot, some leftover pork chops and sauerkraut.
I expect we'll have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. But it's hard to tell; when the kids hit a growth spurt, they can really EAT!

I've got swiss steak in the crockpot. I'll make mashed potatoes and green beans to go with it. I might make some cookies, too- I'm in the mood for dessert tonight.

We usually eat out on Friday, but we ate earlier in the week, so we had hot dogs, chili, and fries.
