what is or was for dinner 10/7?
I cooked a whole chicken, mashed potatoes and chicken gravy, peas, and hm biscuits.
I usually purchase roasters and this was a small hen. I kept thinking this chicken looks pretty skinny, but it was plenty enough and very tasty.

We had spaghetti with sausage & mushrooms and the tomato sauce was made fresh today.
Had garlic bread and garden salad on the side.
Think I have one last batch of tomatoes to do once the last of the them ripens.~*Darlene*~

We had pancakes, bacon and eggs. It's my oldest ds's 8th birthday and that's what he wanted! We all enjoyed his choice.

flower shaped tri color pasta with peas and Alfredo sauce, home baked bread with butter. For some reason my 2 yr old neice would only eat the white pasta.

I had made a chicken 2 nights ago. So I boiled the carcas, and made chicken noodle soup. It was cold all day so it hit the spot.
