What's for dinner 7/3?
We're having~
~grilled marinated london broil
~sundried tomato & spinach wheat couscous with olive oil, garlic & toasted pecans
~ceasar salad~*Darlene*~

We're still using up food left over from camping. Tonite is hot dags and mac n cheese. Can I come to one of your houses? Everyones menu sounds so good! Maybe I could make some dessert.

chicken and pasta provencal with salad
DD was supposed to help prepare it, she managed to slice the mushrooms ,and I think she ate half of them and then she wandered off.

Barbeque Cups
We are having the following..I think I got it off of this board..so thanks! I'll let you know how it turns out!

Tuesday Barbeque Cups
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 T. minced onion, optional
1 T. brown sugar
1 can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Add barbecue sauce, onions and brown sugar to the browned and drained ground beef.
Press biscuits into greased muffin pan to form cups. Spoon beef mixture into the cups and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Tonight its baked pork loin (from sav-a-lot sale), roasted potato wedges with herb and garlic dusting, chopped broccoli.

I have to tell you that the BBQ cups were easy and DELICIOUS!!!!
