What's for dinner 9/12?
We're having leftover homemade pizza with eggplant, basil & tomatoes. It was so good the first time around that I'm really looking forward to having it again. Making a salad to go with it.

We are having lemon chicken breasts, spaghetti squash and a lipton sides pesto pasta. MMMM. Chloe will have veggie nuggets instead of chicken breasts.

I had planned to make Meatball Subs, but, DH has to go into work early and won't be eating with us... so I'll save the subs for tommorow.
So, since it's just DD & I, I think I'll make Potato Soup (DH doesn't like it). It's a gray, cold, rainy day- perfect for a big pot of soup!

Spagetti, meatballs, ceasar salad and homemade garlic sticks. Total cost for the meal per person is approx. 75 cents. I just love quick, easy AND frugal meals.

Chicken Enchiladas. Alot of work and not that cheap, but I need to spoil myself. My hubby is away on a company sponsered trip and eating in restaurants every night. I actually can't remember the last time I ate at a restaurant. I'm so jealous. But at least it's free and he's enjoying himself, right?
