What's for dinner 9/14?
I'm not sure what we'll be having but it will include, tomatoes & squash,lol.
My diningroom table with both leaves in is covered with tomatoes in various stages of ripeness.

It was DELISH!!! Definitely a hit. I did fudge a tiny bit. The recipe called for those overpriced southwestern chicken breast strips (Tyson, I think?) so I made my own
I can post the recipe if anyone wants it.
Tonight we are having ham & pineapple casserole. Can't wait. I've been wanting it forever!

Tonight is Greek baked chicken (ds's favorite) with Greek baked tofu for dd, corn on the cob and dilled potatoes

Meatball subs. I had something else planned, but I want to use the leftover meatballs and sauce up from Tuesday nights spagetti. With it DH and I will have salad, the kids will have seasoned fries.

hmmmm, one of those hard to choose days.
I am thinking about fried ham. Will serve with potato wedges, baked beans and broccoli cauliflower salad -- cauliflower was dirt cheap this week.

Taco soup for the guys and potato soup for me and maybe some homemade bread. Better get busy if I'm going to have bread ready.
