    Default What's for dinner 9/14?

I'm not sure what we'll be having but it will include, tomatoes & squash, lol.
My diningroom table with both leaves in is covered with tomatoes in various stages of ripeness.

Hey Heather, how did your new dish turn out? I think it was pepperjack chicken.

It was DELISH!!! Definitely a hit. I did fudge a tiny bit. The recipe called for those overpriced southwestern chicken breast strips (Tyson, I think?) so I made my own I can post the recipe if anyone wants it.

Tonight we are having ham & pineapple casserole. Can't wait. I've been wanting it forever!

Meatball subs. I had something else planned, but I want to use the leftover meatballs and sauce up from Tuesday nights spagetti. With it DH and I will have salad, the kids will have seasoned fries.

hmmmm, one of those hard to choose days.

I am thinking about fried ham. Will serve with potato wedges, baked beans and broccoli cauliflower salad -- cauliflower was dirt cheap this week.
