It's wing night tonight, finally I can get out of the house and ds goes back to school tomorrow.
I have to go to work tomorrow so I am not looking forward to that. I always seem to get so much more done when I work from home

I was hoping to have grilled chicken breast, rice and veggie. The chicken is still thawing, so I'm not sure what we'll have.

Mystery meat night! Cleared out the bin in the bottom of the inside freezer and came up with 3 baggies with what looks like a piece of marinated beef in each. Will broil them in the oven and add egg noodles with gravy, beets and a serving of leftover green beans for DD. She hates beets.
For dessert theres a choice fudgie peanuts butter brownies or lemon blackberry cake. Baked yersterday!

Change of plans, still had the spaghetti and turkey meat balls, but I threw some finely chopped kale into the sauce. Also, I whipped up a quick chocolate sauce and dipped frozen bananas into it.

I am working late tonight so we're having mini engish muffin pizzas and some chinese chicken cabbage salad. Dessert will probably be toast and jam!

Dh has a bad cold so I made his favorite comfort food - Spaghetti. Enough sauce leftover that I am freezing to make beefaroni later this month for the girls.
