    Default What's for dinner 1/17?

It's cold here, so I'm making some comfort food

I've got a pot roast w/ onions & carrots in the crockpot. We'll have mashed potatoes & gravy to go with. Maybe rolls if I'm feeling ambitious enough to make them.

I'm thinking Texas Hash, which is a hamburger and rice casserole with
chili flavoring. Salad and biscuits for the sides.

I'm thinking chili. I have some sourdough bread rising, I hope it turns out never made it before.

Fritzie, Your Texas hash sounds good. Could you share the recipe? TIA.
