Tuesday is our 'on your own' night so it's whatever you can grab. I do have a huge bowl of leftover bean soup with dumplings (but only have one dumpling left) from yesterday. I don't know what I was thinking... I must have thought I was cooking for an army because I cooked way-way-way too much. Oh well, it's good the second day too.

We are having all day crock pot mac & cheese and a veggie for a side dish. I was going to make this yesterday, but when I got home from grocery shopping I decided to make deep dish pizza instead.

We have a bunch of free ham to use up this week, so I am changing my menu around to make use of it. Tonight we are having Ham Jambalaya with the rest of our hm bread.

Fried sea trout, black eyed peas W/ham, rice, collard greens, biscuits & sweet tea. Neighbor brought us the sea trout yesterday, fresh, from his boat. Dessert will be cane syrup on our biscuits, LOL. I was just too tired to make dessert. DH got off work early today and we strung and pulled fence wire most of the afternoon. Whew, I'm beat and I'll sleep like a baby tonight!
