What's for Dinner 3/22?
Tonight I am making pork chops and pasta for the kids. SO and I are going to dinner theatre (thanks to his mom for free tickets!).

We are having loaded nachos made with leftovers from last night's taco dinner. DH picked up a coconut meringue pie on his way home from work last night as a little surprise so we will have that for dessert again.

I took chicken (boneless, skinless) out of the freezer, but I still don't have a clue what I am going to do with it.
Suppose I should figure that out.

Had to replace our rotisserie burner on the grill and the part finally came in so we're celebrating by using it on a whole chicken. Thinking of a pasta salad or orzo parmesan and some kind of veggie to go with.

Since I am the only person who ever cooks dinner in my house, EVER, (sorry just venting), I will probably fix one of our frozen skillet meals with garlic bread.
We have figured out that since we never ever eat leftovers, it is cheaper for us to buy the frozen meals ( like Bertolli's, etc) for 3.79 apiece and eat them for dinner.McD

Lisa I'm having the same problem, I have some chicken breasts in the freezer and it's time to do something with them??? I think I will make a stir-fry...hubby doesn't really like those to much, but he is getting his cholestol checked so this might help to actually eat something healthy.
Chicken stir-fry over white rice.

I have to work evenings so I am making myself a big salad for work. My DH will have to make supper for himself and the kids. I have no idea what he is making. He didn't take anything out of the freezer.

Everyone ate out at lunch yesterday, so I didn't fix dinner.
So tonight I am going to get that free rotisserie chicken when I purchase 10 Lipton sides.
Just too tired to think of anything else.
