Dh is working & won't be home for dinner.

It's Dogs & Spuds tonight... cheesy scalloped potatoes w/ sliced hot dogs in it. Green beans on the side.

We're having ham and noodle casserole using leftover turkey ham. Some sort of veggie on the side.

Well, this is dh's late night. I made chicken and stars soup for the kids and made a plate with carrot sticks, croutons and cheese cubes to go along with it. I'm making me a pasta salad.

We are having supper nachos. It is kind like a bean, beef and cheese casserole served with chips. It is one of my DH favorite meals. His dad gave me the recipe.

We are having homemade hamburger mac & cheese casserole. I'm going to cut up cantaloupe to go with it and we have some squash from a few days ago to eat up too.
