    Smile What's for dinner 9/13?

    Making round steak in crushed tomatoes with onions, mashed taters, and green beans or corn. Maybe some biscuits on the side.

    I'm out of planned crockpot meals...dh works until 6pm and I have class until 6pm. Looks like breakfast for dinner

    Grits
    Toast
    Turkey bacon
    Decaf for me & dh, juice for the kiddos

    We are having poor mans stroganoff - hamburger cooked with cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Served over baked potatos with brocolli.

    depends on how tired I am when I get home---either sandwiches with homemade french fries--or if ambitious I will make homemade biscuits and gravy........

    Gripey cooked some marinated chicken breasts on the grill the other evening so I think we'll have grilled chicken salad w/homemade chipotle/ranch dressing.

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    Thanks for the poor man's stroganoff idea. I'm going to have that over mashed potaoes and a cucumber, tomatoes, onion salad. I'd better get busy because we our big meal at lunchtime when hubby is on this shift!

    It's leftover bonanza at my house tonight! I have Weight Watcher's so BF is on his own to choose from the following:

    Leftover Crock pot London Broil with Potatoes and Carrots
    Leftover Ham and Noodle Casserole
    Leftover mashed potatoes
    Leftover Refried Beans
