    We are making a lasagna skillet type thing and some cresent rolls in the oven. Might make the muffins from the baking challenge for dessert if I have time.

    DH and the boys are having steak with velveeta shells and cheese and beans. I am having leftovers....meatloaf with the above side dishes.

    Dinner tonight for SO and myself:

    Half a bag of Trader Joe's potstickers, pan fried (1.00) with ginger dipping sauce (.25)
    Chicken stir fried with ginger, garlic, onions, asparagus and red peppers (4.00)
    Jasmine rice (1.00)
    Black Box Wine (.50)

    It is delicious! If we had gone to our favorite Asian restaurant for the equiavalent meal it would have cost $40 plus tip instead of $6.75. SO says my cooking is better than theirs anyway!
