I'm making a sausage and macncheese casserole, a garden salad, and some choc chip cookies for dessert.

It's laundry night and that means $1.00/3 tacos from the local taco place. As always, I'll beef it out with a can of refried beans from home.

We have leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge, so I might whip up a meatloaf to go along with them.

I have boneless skinless chicken breasts out defrosting. I don't have a clue what I am going to do with them or what we will have with them. I got the main, I will figure out the rest later. It's been one of those days.

It's one of those days here too.

I'm thinking maybe some hamburger helper. I have several boxes that need to be used. It's quick and I don't feel like cooking.

I'm thinking of lasagna, with no cook noodles...I don't have the energy for a complicated recipe!

It was supposed to be dinner at dd's school, but since she is sick I made chicken noodle soup and we are staying home, all bundled up on the couch! Even eating in the living room, which is a big no no!

We had spaghetti with salad and steamed broccoli. I'm already making tomorrow night's dinner (well, I'm chopping the veggies and cooking the chicken.) All DH has to do tomorrow is assemble it. We're having cashew chicken and egg fried rice.

I'm in the same boat as 3-boys-4-me. Chicken (what to do with it, I have no idea), some kind of vege and potatoes/rice.
