Smoked brats and beans. dh loves smoked brats, they are easy and fairly cheap, so it is a 'night off' for me, in a way. I'll get creative tomorrow night.

Chef Salads here. The kids wont be to happy as they are not big salad eater. They can always have PB&J.

My daughter is fighting an infection. I made her some onion and garlic soup with chicken broth, I pureed that mess for her. I used the leftover stuff as a base for chicken noodle soup for me. I made it too salty, but it was still good.

We had meatloaf, baked potatoes with sour cream and corn....

We had nothing for dessert....
.... and I'm really craving some cake.
