What's for Dinner Wed 12/26?
I think I'll make a Ham & Swiss Quiche or an Impossible Pie using leftover ham. Or, lol I'll just have leftover ham, mashed potatoes & veggies. All depends on how many leftovers I pack up to send with Ds whe he goes back to his place later today.

We're a little tired of ham, so I think we'll have Hobo Supper tonight (ground beef, potatoes, onions, carrots all wrapped in tin foil and cooked in the oven).
