What's for Dinner Wed, 2/27?
It was fish night at the Tavern. So I had that plus you get the salad and vegie bar there. I was so full that I couldn't eat any dessert.
Tonight it's loin chops and vegies. Not sure about dessert.

Church night for the kids and errand running night for DH and I so we will most likely have something quick and easy - soup and sandwiches with fresh fruit or eggs, grits, toast and sausage.
Will have to see what we feel like come dinner time (about 18 hours from now).

Beef stroganoff with noodles, and sauteed zucchini.
How much we enjoy what we have is more important than how much we have. Life is full of people who have more than they know what to do with, but cannot be content. It is the capacity to enjoy life that brings contentment.---Unknown

Just pulled some pork chops from the freezer. We'll be having mushroom smothered chops with sauteed zucchini (must be a Z kinda day Samigirl) and leftover pesky (pesto) noodles.
