1/2 C milk
1/4 C half and half
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 sandwich size bags
1 one gallon size bag
2.5 cup ice
1 T coarse salt
Put one small baggie inside the other and add the milk, half and half, sugar, and vanilla extract to the inside bag. Seal both bags and remove any air. Add ice and salt to larger bag and place smaller bag inside. Close it. Shake the bag. Ice cream will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes when it's soft.
