    Default Buffalo Chicken Dip

    Buffalo Chicken Dip


    Recipe Description
    Easy and yummy. Can be made in a small CP, or in microwave.
    Preparation Steps:
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If going to be eaten right away, microwave for 3 minutes, remove and stir well, microwave 3 more minutes and serve. Dip or spread on crackers.
    Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:
    5-6 minutes in microwave, 1-2 hours in CP.
    Ingredients:
    1 can chunk white chicken meat
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 ranch drsg.
    4 dashes of hot sauce
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    Serves:
    ?
    Directions:
    Can be put in a small CP and heated and stirred, to be served at party, etc.

    Has anyone tried this without the cream cheese? I love it, but hubbes wont eat cream cheese, and I haven't been brave enough to play with the receipe.

    Maybe sour cream would work. will he eat that? Also---if you can find Neufchatel cheese in your area, it is just like cream cheese, and you wouldn't be lying if you told dh it was Neufchatel cheese! LOL!

    I'm not fond of black olives either, but when they're on Mexican food, I eat the heck out of them! Go figure!

    I've made this but with blue cheese instead of ranch. absolutely delicious!

    How much ranch is this recipe calling for tho?
