Apple Pie Glass Milk

If you like applesauce and you like apple pie, you'll love this yummy milk recipe! Makes 1 serving.

1 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Step 1: Childour milk into a container that has a tight fitting lid.
Step 2: Child:Add the applesauce, cinnamon and sugar.
Step 3: Child:Shake! Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Nutritional analysis per serving:
34 g carbohydrates, 9 g protein, 2.5 g fat, 320 mg calcium, 1 g fiber, 230 calories
