1 medium green bell pepper, cut into
twelve 1-1/2-inch squares
1 cooking apple, cut into 12 wedges
12 one-inch cubes pineapple (about
1 cup)
6 cauliflowerets (about
1 cup)
6 radishes

1 medium red bell pepper
1 bosc pear

Prepare Poppy Seed Dressing. Thread remaining ingredients alternately onto each of six 10-inch skewers. Serve with dressing. 6 servings

VARIATION

PEAR KABOB SALAD

Substitute red bell pepper for the green pepper and bosc pear for the apple.
