<DIV>1/4 sugar</DIV>
<DIV>1 egg</DIV>
<DIV>1/4 tsp. vanilla</DIV>

<DIV>1 1/2 cups sliced peeled apples</DIV>
<DIV>3 T. sugar</DIV>
<DIV>1/4 tsp. cinnamon</DIV>

<DIV>Heat oven to 400F. </DIV>
<DIV>Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 C. sugar, oil, 1 egg, &amp; milk; mix until well blended. </DIV>
<DIV>Pour into greased 9" square pan. </DIV>
<DIV>Combine softened cream cheese,</DIV>
<DIV>1/4 C. sugar, 1 egg, &amp; vanilla; mix until smooth. </DIV>
<DIV>Pour cream cheese mixture over batter. </DIV>
