Apple Dip
Apple Dip
3oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup hot caramel topping
2 T. finely chopped pecans
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread into a 6-inch mound on a serving plate and chill for 30 minutes. Place caramel topping in a microwave safe container and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Drizzle over the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Serve with apple wedges.

This looks good. I sometimes buy the caramel apple dip in the store, but this looks like a good homemade dip. My kids love to dip stuff, so I should give a try.
