German Apple Pancakes
GERMAN APPLE PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS: 4 Tbsp. butter, 4 medium apples, 4 eggs, 3/4 Cup
flour, 3/4 Cup milk, 1/2 Tsp. salt, 1/4 Cup sugar, 1/4 Tsp.
cinnamon, 2 - 9-inch pans - 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
DIRECTIONS: Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in each pan (DO NOT LET BROWN).

Beat eggs until blended then add flour, milk and salt; beat
until smooth (batter will be thin) Pour batter over apple
slices; divided evenly between pans. Mix sugar and cinnamon
and sprinkle over the batter. Serve with warm syrup or sour
cream.
SERVES: 4
NOTE: When doubling the recipe, use 6 eggs.
