    Talking Creamy Apple Kutchen

I make this every autumn. It's a classic Polish dessert (Yes, I'm Polish!)

    Apple Kutchen

    Mix together and set aside:
    3c sliced apples
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    1/4c sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Mix:
    1c sugar
    1c melted butter
    Add:
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2c flour

Spread the batter into a 9x13 pan. Add the apple mixture evenly on top.
Whisk together 1c sour cream and 1 egg. Drizzle over top and top that with cinnamon sugar.

    Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes

Hope you like it, we love it here!

This looks real yummy! I can tell fall is here. Anything Apple or harvest related sounds good to me, except pumpkin...LOL But seriously, I want to try this recipe. Going to write it out, no printer at this point.

This sounds so good! I have some apples that need using up so I'll be making this in the next couple days. Thanks for posting the recipe.
