    Default Need quick and easy apple pie recipe...

    I have a frozen pie crust.
    I have a bag of Macintosh apples, Splenda, cinnamon, flour (is that all I need for filling?).
    What is something quick that I can smoosh out for a top crust? I don't have a roller, so I'd like to just smoosh it out with my fingertips or a plate or something. It doesn't have to be pretty, just taste decent.

    what about some oatmeal with brown sugar (if you have it on hand), cinnamon and some butter/oil to make a crumble topping?
