Apples

My DD went with her grandparents and picked a bunch of apples. I am not a big apple eater, but I do like baked apples.

Has anyone ever tried cooking apples in their crock pot? What did you put in with them?

This recipe is great!

6 apples
2 tbsp raisins
4tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2tbsp butter
1 cup water

Place apples in crock pot. Mix raisins and sugar; fill center of apples.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Cover and cook for 7-9 hours on low.
