I am looking for one to put in the birds' room. It is downstairs, on the north side of the house. No windows, so I need a stand-alone, preferably one with either a big water reservoir or a good drain hose. In addition, I need one powerful enough to cool a relatively large room (approx 500 sf) and that can knock the temp down by 20F.

Anyone have one that they love and can recommend?
